Bocuma, Twisted Gravity OST
Info: Carlow-based (via Craigavon) downtempo maestro Bocuma (real name Martin Miller) returns with another slice of escapist cake, with sprinkles of Eno, on his new soundtrack for independently made mobile arcade game Twisted Gravity. Inspired by the retro VGM of the 1980's and 1990's that were served up on our Commodore 64's and ZX Spectrum's, Bocuma wraps the old in a gentle orb of contemporary ambience. Like a lot of his work, subtle contrasts exist between the tracks from just beneath the surface building intensity to slipping into a peacefully hypnotic comatosis.
