Alf Moon - The Doors, Love Her Madly (Remix)

Info: Long time readers of Remy's Music & Film will be familiar with the hugely talented electronic artist from Paris, Alf Moon. Moon has released a 'reconstruction' of The Doors' 1971 lead-single from L.A. Woman, 'Love Her Madly', which was penned by guitarist Robby Krieger. In keeping with the originals high tempo, he has paralleled that pace with the electronic reworking, and as is wont with the Los Angeles band's music, we're served up with a major dose of chilled out grooves and lively beats, this is a very nice treat and I'd love to hear Alf Moon do a similar job on other tracks from the era.

Alf Moon is a musical project of a young French producer, born and raised in Paris. Every song hides a desire to deliver a music full of feelings and emotions. And everyone gets carried away by his own feelings. If music is becoming more and more visual, it's about the mental image that I wanted to work, generate a sound in which everyone can get together and project themselves . The main source of inspiration is the idea of telling, through music, a story.

Several groups have inspired me a lot, especially DARKSIDE, Jamie XX, Jon Hopkins,  David August,Trentemoller and Moderat.
