Róisín O - Give It Up
Info: Róisín O has just released the highly anticipated video to go with her brand new single 'Give It Up'. Written by Róisín, bandmate John Broe (Miracle Bell) and Danny O'Reilly (The Coronas), the video concept is also the brainchild of the bandmates and is directed by Broe. The video boasts a powerful performance from the singer as well as an impressive lights show all filmed in one take in a warehouse outside the city. The video comes ahead of a single launch in Whelan's on May 14th.
Her hometown show in Whelan's comes after a busy few months of travelling, including a tour in Australia in March 2016, and a performance at JJ Abrams' Oscar Wilde Awards in LA earlier this year where she shared the bill with Snow Patrol to play for Stephen Spielberg, James Corden, and many more.
‘Give It Up’, produced by Eliot James, who has worked with Two Door Cinema Club, Kaiser Chiefs, & Noah and the Whale, was recorded in Eastcote Studios where artists like Adele, Mark Ronson and Mumford & Sons have frequented.
