Uplift: Portraits of Women in Irish Music by Zoë Holman - Lucky's Bar (Meath Street) 8th March
For International Women's Day 2019, music photographer Zoë Holman has put together Uplift: Portraits of Women in Irish Music - an exhibition in aid of Dublin Rape Crisis Centre. Shot on 35mm film, Zoë has photographed 8 portraits of women who are making their mark on the Irish and international music scene, across a range of genres and diverse backgrounds. The exhibition features Erica Cody, KT Ball of Just Mustard, Tara Stewart, Aoife McCann of AEMak, LAOISE, Molly Sterling, Hana Lamari & Sophie Dunne of girlfriend, and Loah.
The exhibition will take place on March 8th, in Lucky's bar on Meath St, from 6.30pm.
Donations will be taken for DRCC, and all proceeds from print sales will go directly to the charity.
