Secret Weapons - Something New (Haerts Remix)
Info: Brooklyn-based duo Secret Weapons have had their debut track 'Something New' remixed by fellow New York native HAERTS. The pair, Danny and Gerry will be on tour with A Great Big World in March, then playing a bunch of festivals in the summer (some we can't announce yet, but for now, Bottle Rock in California which is being headline by Red Hot Chili Peppers and also features SOAK, The Lumineers and Rodrigo Y Gabriela). We're also currently recording our debut EP. The first original song "Something New", is now available on Spotify.
This HAERTS remix of 'Something New' is certainly very addictive and unashamedly (in a fully working sense) laying on tons of pop synths and sounds, the gospel inspired chorus, simple chord progression and vocaliser adding to the fun, happiness abounds!
