Cut Once - Crave
Info: Only a year since arriving on the scene with their debut release "Institution", Cut Once release their fourth single "Crave" on 29th of April 2016.
After receiving rave reviews of their EP the duo spent the second half of last year touring their material at festivals including Electric Picnic and Body & Soul.
Cut Once are set to play all major festivals this summer and are currently in the studio writing an album due for release in Autumn 2016.
Dublin duo Cut Once have been a joy to follow over the last 12 months, with each single surpassing the last, it feels as though they are improving rapidly with complete ease and enjoying the journey at the same time. 'Crave' is explosive, Michael Heffernan once again slams down the electronic drums and synths in a raw and tribal manner, with repeated sharp snaps that jolt the listener. As with her live offering, singer Aisling Browne is the ultimate powerhouse vocalist, hauling 'Crave' right up by the scruff of it's neck to dizzying heights as she lets loose in the tracks final minute. I can't bloody wait for the album, this singles title proving most apt!
